In India, there is a very less amount of innovation even though there are lots of engineering students, engineering colleges and modern schools. Every year there is a lot graduate is out to the society but why the rate of innovation found to be less in India?

We think there needs a change in our Education System.


The main motto of ALGORITHM EDUCATIONAL is  
“Educate to Innovate”

Most of the Schools train students to scoring good marks in their annual or public examination. Not only schools, but also the students are aiming to get good marks in their examinations. There the DREAMS OF THE STUDENTS ARE SHATTERED. It’s not the mistake of the schools or students. Our environment made this. This is the main barrier for less Innovation and also making them to go down in their career.

If students are the FISH, make them to SWIM as they like. Don’t force them to CLIMB up the TREES.
Marks are important but marks alone cannot make a student to be successful. They must be very strong with concepts they studied.

Finally we made a decision by training every students with the conceptual study. We give ideas behind every concepts and where they are implemented. So that it will be a better understanding of the concepts and are very useful to Innovate and implement new ideas based on their study.

We make students to think CREATIVELY, INVENTIVELY, CRITICALLY, INDEPENDENTLY with their ability to connect. Every student has different strengths, different needs and different dreams. Countries like Finland, Singapore are doing impressive things. They have shorter school days. Homework are not exist. They focus on collaboration instead of competition.

We are creating this program for “Education to Everyone”. Every student in our country should be educated. So we are trying our best to make every children and youngsters to educate.


IN INDIA STUDENTS MAY BE 41% OF OUR POPULATION BUT THEY ARE THE 100% OF OUR FUTURE.
